It is a special spinning forming machine with high numerical control integration functions. It adopts horizontal numerical control spinning forming. It can spin the inside and outside of the ring for numerical control forming of the air inlets and outlets, axial fan casings, inlet cones, shrouds and front plates for centrifugal fans. At the same time, it can use two spinning wheels for flanging and punching of the flange of the straight barrel by using different clamps. The flanging shaft adopts hydraulic control torealize angle and speed control, which can carry out flanging and station conversion. The flanging and punching of the fan housing with the diameter of 500mm- 5000mm can be realized by changing the internal mold of different specifications. The number of punching parameters and the shape and size of flanging can be set in the software. In addition, the expansion shaft can be installed with hydraulic expansion disc, which is used for flat flanging, cone flanging and spinning.
